1. Entity foundation
Choose one canonical name, description, URL and source of truth. Connect the public profiles that genuinely belong to the person or organization. Add accurate Person or Organization structured data and keep the same facts consistent across the web.
2. Technical foundation
Give crawlers indexable HTML, stable canonical URLs, descriptive titles, useful meta descriptions, accessible headings, a working sitemap, clear robots rules and social preview assets. Speed and clarity are part of the experience, not separate polish.
3. Answer-ready pages
Open with a direct answer to the page's purpose. Then add definitions, evidence, examples, boundaries and a useful next step. Use plain language and let each page serve one clear intent.
4. Topic and internal-link map
Build a small set of genuinely useful pages around the subject. Link the hub to the spokes and the spokes back to the hub. A cluster should help a person learn or decide, not merely create more URLs.
5. Evidence and citation surface
Original experiments, public documentation, books, reputable references and clear authorship create evidence that can travel beyond your own site. Earned references are stronger than a page that only repeats its own claims.
6. Measurement and iteration
Track indexing, queries, engaged visits, unanswered chatbot questions, conversions and manual checks in the answer surfaces you care about. AI citations are variable; measure them as an observed outcome, never as a guaranteed deliverable.
For city pages: publish only locations where you can add useful local context. State that delivery is remote when it is remote. Do not invent local offices, clients, reviews or business profiles to create a keyword doorway.
